No matter the scope of your travel, you can count on our support. Listed below is our schedule of service fees. Read over them carefully, and please feel free to ask any questions.
🔹Initial Travel Consultation: FREE Each client receives a free 15 minute travel consultation. This allows us to spend some time getting to know one another and helps High Park Travel begin to understand your travel wants and needs.
Cruises and Pre-packaged Tours have NO Planning Fee.
🔹We are happy to provide one free initial quote upon request.
To design a customized trip including including hotels, trains, transportation, excursions, etc. our Planning Fee is 5% of the total travel cost of all parties participating in the travel. (Example $5000.00 trip is $250 planning fee.)
A minimum deposit of $100.00 is paid prior to the start of planning your trip. A significant amount of time goes into the research and planning of an itinerary. Remaining amount above the initial deposit will be paid at time of completing reservations for the trip-flights, hotels, transportation etc.
🔹Groups Trip- Organizing & Admin fee: $50.00 per person or solo traveler. Organizing and maintaining records for 8 or more people is a big job. Let us take the burden of aligning multiple schedules, flights, transfers, hotels, etc so you can enjoy your vacation!
🔹Trip Cancellation service fee: 5% of your invoice total, plus whatever fees are charged by the supplier. We understand, things happen. But trip cancellations can result in a significant amount of work for agents and suppliers. We'll help you file your travel protection claims, in order to help secure your refunds. This fee is very often covered by travel insurance policies.
Travel Insurance Recommended
Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. High Park Travel highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their travel. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And, keep in mind that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances.
Please also note that in order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, or for supplier default, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy).

We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if High Park Travel does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own.
